Terms and Conditions

Reservation Process: 

The main guest must be at least 18 years old. 

The maximum capacity per room is specified in the description of the rooms on the website. The person making the reservation may be responsible for cancellations, no-shows, and damages if they are different from the main guest. 

A deposit is required to secure any reservation. 

Payment: 

Deposits must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation. Payments can be made online, via debit/credit card, bank transfer. In case of transfer from another bank, any bank charges are borne by the customer.

The customer is required to pay the full amount of the reservation upon arrival at the accommodation, during check-in.

Accommodation Tax: 

A residence tax of €2.00 per room, per night, applies, according to Greek law.

Arrival and Departure Check-in: 

Arrival time is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Departure time must be by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. 

Cancellation Policy: 

30 days or more before arrival: Full refund of deposit 

Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund, full payment

Damage & Lost Items: 

The main guest may be charged for damages caused during the stay. Lost keys/access cards cost replacement. 

Lost items will be held for one month. The owners are responsible for their recovery. 

Smoking Policy: 

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. You can smoke on the balcony of your room.

Pets & Service Dogs:

In general, pets are not allowed except for service dogs or unless otherwise specified. 

Additional charges may apply for pet accommodation. 

Parking: 

On-site parking is free and provided at your own risk.
