The person making the reservation may be responsible for cancellations, no-shows, and damages if they are different from the main guest. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A deposit is required to secure any reservation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additional Guest Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reservations are valid only for the number of guests stated in the confirmed reservation. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the reservation without refund if the actual number of guests exceeds the number stated at the time of booking, unless prior approval has been given by the property management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deposits must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation. Payments can be made online, via debit\/credit card, bank transfer. In case of transfer from another bank, any bank charges are borne by the customer.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is required to pay the full amount of the reservation upon arrival at the accommodation, during check-in.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Accommodation Tax:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A residence tax of \u20ac2.00 per room, per night, applies, according to Greek law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arrival and Departure Check-in:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arrival time is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Departure time must be by 11:00 \u0391.\u039c. on the day of departure.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellation Policy:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30 days or more before arrival: Full refund of deposit&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund, full payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Damage &amp; Lost Items:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main guest may be charged for damages caused during the stay. Lost keys\/access cards cost replacement. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lost items will be held for one month. The owners are responsible for their recovery. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smoking Policy:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
